The steamship Damascus, Capt. WATTS, which loft Liverpool at 2 P. M. of the 22d, and Londonderry 23d ult., arrived here at 9:45 this evening. The Damascus passed the steamer Delta yesterday, bound East. The steamship City of Manchester, from New-York, arrived at Liverpool on the 22d.
